Villa Monastero is property of Province of Lecco. It is one of the most interesting attractions of Lake Como and it is now a new wedding venue. The noble and historical residence is called House Museum.
Its spectacular and fascinating botanic garden extends for two kilometres from Varenna to Fiumelatte.

Michael imagined a romantic but also fun marriage proposal in the magical and elegant setting of Villa Monastero.
After the surprise proposal under the iconic loggia of the villa and the sincere and engaging reaction of Anna and her closest friends who arrived with them from New York, the photo shoot continued in the beautiful gardens of the villa. The underlying theme of this engagement has always been the spontaneity in the shots and moments of pure involvement.
There couldn’t have been a better ending… a romantic and festive sailing trip filmed with our cameras and the drone for spectacular and exciting pictures.
