The ceremony SHOULD START 2 HOURS/2 HOURS AND HALF BEFORE THE DINNER, this gives us the chance to capture the most important part of the event down a SOFT LIGHT and to avoid high temperatures in summer. This time gives us the CHANCE TO TAKE ALL FORMAL PHOTOS too…family photos, bridesmaids photos, groomsmen photos,bride and groom portraits in the garden and on boat as well right in time for the sunset light.
Please consider the volume of the FLORAL ARRANGMENTS based on the space available and the number of bridesmaids, groomsmen and guests. The first row of CHAIRS should be at least five feet behind the bride and groom.
These tricks will ensure that you have more space around you with nicer photos and without parts of your guests’ legsor feet in portraits shots. Please avoid having CELEBRANT use MICROPHONE STANDS and make sure your guests enjoy the ceremony without getting up to take photos or anything else.
BRIDE’S ENTRY is the most awaited moment and our first advice is NOT TO RUSH, to ENJOY that moment as much as possible…
The emotion of those who will accompany you and the look of your future husband will remain etched in your memory forever.
From a technical point of view, always space permitting, make sure the AISLE is wide enough considering also the volume of your dress and that you will walk down the same aisle at the end of the ceremony celebrating yourseves as BRIDE & GROOM. And for this moment, please, do not be stingy with the PETALS, the more there are, the more MAGICAL and DYNAMIC the PHOTOS will be. For this moment be spontaneous, but if you stopped halfway for a DIP KISS it would be GREAT FOR PHOTOS!
Family formals comes immediately after the ceremony, so making sure family members, bridesmaids and groomsmen stay put after the ceremony ends is so important. Since usually by the wedding schedule 20/30 max minutes must be enough for GROUP PHOTOS, it’s very important to make and share the list with us to make the moment as smooth and relaxing as possible. On the QUESTIONNAIRE you’ll receive 5 months before the event we dedicated a box to be filled with group PHOTO LIST, but if you prefer you could also send us a specific file. Ask a host who knows most of the family members to join us to best manage this moment and allow you to dedicate yourself to everything else. And if you plan to have a photo of ALL THE GUEST, mark it on the questionnaire and we will include it in the wedding schedule, before or after the couple photos based on the time available…Most of the time the best moment is when you return from the boat tour before dinner.
